DOIT Operations is responsible for maintaining the information technology support infrastructure, including the Data Center, Mainframe, Unix and Intel server support. Operations is also responsible for storage management and provides database support. To improve communications and partnership with our agency colleagues, Operations periodically issues bulletins and announcements.

Mainframe colleagues have grown to know "Spiffy" as a key editing tool on the mainframe. In response to customer demand, DOIT sponsored a session on October 19 to provide information on the newest features and functionality of the new release.
